Terms Of Service
Please read and understand these terms and conditions as they are the legal contract that governs your use of our services and websites. By browsing our websites or ordering our products or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of service. These Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy are a resource for you to get a deeper understanding of how our service works, pricing, payments, the kinds of data we collect, how we interact with you, and other details about our products and services.
Pricing, payments, availability, shipping, and returns
By purchasing any of our products or services, you are expressly giving consent to A Rug For All Reasons to authorize and charge your payment method for the price displayed for the product or service plus any applicable tax, and shipping fees if applicable. We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products and services at any time. We make every effort to make sure all pricing shown on our site is correct, but in rare instances, the displayed price for an item may be incorrect, and we reserve the right to adjust the sale price of said item to the correct price after the sale. This can occur due to pricing entry errors, and delays in updates to our website. In this case, we will notify you to discuss the pricing adjustment before charging your payment method.
We make every effort to have each product and service we offer readily available, however since handmade rugs are not a “cookie cutter” commodity (like shoes or televisions!), we may need to order a rug that’s either already on the loom or will be made for you in the size you need. Of course, we will let you know via e-mail what to expect, or discuss the process with you by telephone, then monitor your order until it is delivered to you.
We pay the freight charges for shipping to addresses within the Continental U.S. (Other areas will be charged standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS rates, and may have longer shipping times).
If your order doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not have re-stocking fees or hidden charges. If you need to return a rug, you are only responsible for the return-shipping expense. If three rugs are returned with no rug purchase being made, we will need to charge outbound shipping to you on subsequent orders. The only cases where we are unable to accept returns is when we order a rug made just for you, such as when your chosen size is unavailable, for custom rugs, for rug pad purchases in which the rug pad is cut just for you, or if the returned rug is not in the original condition in which it was shipped. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price after the rug is received. Please allow a few days for the funds to be posted to your account. Returns must arrive in new condition, otherwise we may have to charge a repair fee, and in some cases will not be able to accept the return. Please note that if making a purchase through Paypal, we only ship to the address on the purchasing Paypal account.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and restricting access to your account and password.
Communications:
You agree to receive all communications, including but not limited to invoices, receipts and notices of changes in service electronically via the email address you provide.
Products and services
A Rug For All Reasons products and service, including our websites, user interfaces, and personal communication, is provided "as is," with all faults, and without any warranty of any kind other than our 30 day satisfaction guarantee return policy (above). We make no warrantee in the case of damage to a purchased product that occurs after it is in your possession, and accept no liability for use of our products and services in your possession. Use of our products and services is entirely at your own risk.
Without limiting the foregoing, we and our licensors assume no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (a) product color and design variations (handmade rugs vary from rug to rug, including slight color variations. Design variation occur as well, and designs are sometimes modified for different size rugs, such as wider borders or extra design elements, and as such a purchased rug may not look exactly like it does on our website. In addition, due to browser and monitor color display variations, colors may not always match exactly what you see), (b) damage or minor defects occurring or caused during shipment or due to the handmade nature of our products; (c) errors or omissions in the product quantities delivered by A Rug For All Reasons, or on our websites or user interfaces; (e) recommendations or advice of Customer Service; (f) any failures, mis-shipments, delays, or interruptions in the shipment of products or continuation of services; (g) any failure or interruption in the availability of products and services and/or website or user interfaces; (h) delivery and or display of any content contained on our websites, user interfaces, or otherwise through the our services; (i) any losses or damages arising from the use of our, products, services, website, user interfaces, or otherwise through the A Rug For All Reasons itself, including any losses or damages arising from Customer Service, or any conduct by users of the our products, service, website, or user interfaces; and (j) Inhalation, eating, choking, and any and all perceived or actual health issues or consequences that may arise from proper or improper use of our products, packaging, and services, and any and all materials and substances that makeup any and all A Rug For All Reasons products and services, by both humans and animals. By using our products and services you implicitly agree to take appropriate safety precautions, and you expressly agree that you use our products and services at your own risk. To the extent allowable by law, we and our licensors disclaim all representations and warranties, including non-infringement.
We do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current. We do not make any representations with respect to the descriptions of our products on our website or user interfaces. We do not represent or guarantee that your use of our products and services will be free from interruption, loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion and we disclaim any liability with respect thereto. No oral or written information or advice given by us or our authorized representative shall create a warranty or otherwise constitute a representation binding upon A Rug For All Reasons, or its affiliated parties.
In no event shall A Rug For All Reasons, it's subsidiaries or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, employees or licensors be liable (jointly or severally) for personal injury or any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, business interruption or any other commercial damages or loss whether or not advised of the possibility of damage and on any theory of liability, arising to of or in connection with the use or performance of A Rug For All Reasons products or services, including our websites and user interfaces (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of it's essential purpose. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this or any section of these terms of service to be unenforceable, then those portions deemed unenforceable shall be severed, and the remaining terms of service shall be enforced absent of those provisions and any liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our products and services, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to make changes from time to time and without notice in how we operate our services. Any description of how our services work should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how our services will always work. We are constantly making adjustments to our services and often these adjustments are not completely captured within these Terms of Service. A Rug For All Reasons reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Service in our sole and absolute discretion.
