Shirvan (Gray)
About This Rug
Another Caucasian design (central Asia), this soumak rug—also seen in the Sundance Catalog—was handwoven in India. Though it’s a flat weave, the soumak style weave is very sturdy (unlike kilims), long wearing, and reversible. Customers often choose these soumaks for a dining room because of the flat surface. New Zealand wool.
