Shola Soumak
About This Rug
Shola is another in our reimagining of Native American rug designs in a sturdy, thicker Soumak version. Our Soumaks are terrific, hardwearing, reversible rugs that often customers like to use in a dining room where they’re looking for a flatter, non-pile surface. Storm has that variation in the yarn colors that gives it the look of the traditional natural dyes that were used in old Navajo and other tribal rugs. Handknotted in India using New Zealand wool. These are available in standard sizes, as well as any size if ordered as a custom project.
