Our beautiful Suzani (Souzani) designs trace their origins back several centuries to the appealing folk art of Uzbekistan. These rugs, now woven in a durable and hardwearing Soumak construction that will hold up for generations, are based on designs that were traditionally made in embroidery (see "Soumak").
